Members and visitors are expected to be appropriately dressed at all times, and are therefore made aware that the following code must be adhered to both on the golf course and in the clubhouse. The clubhouse has facilities for changing into and out of golfing attire. Changing in the car park, except for golf shoes only, is therefore not permitted. All senior members of staff and Club Officials are authorised by the Board to insist that members or visitors who do not comply with the Code either change or leave the premises.

On The Golf Course

Shirts: Must have a collar or turtle neck, have sleeves for men and must be worn tucked into the trousers. Ladies shirts may be worn outside trousers or skirts if so designed.
Collarless or football, rugby or numbered shirts or tracksuit or vest tops may not be worn.
Trousers: Must be tailored and may not be worn tucked into socks.
Cargo trousers, denim jeans and tracksuit bottoms may not be worn.
Shorts: Must be tailored and knee length, and much be worn with matching or white long, short or ankle length socks. Cargo, football, running or swimming shorts may not be worn.
Headgear: Hats and caps may only be worn with the peak facing forwards.
Hats and caps may not be worn back to front.
Footwear: Golf shoes with either soft or hard spikes must be worn.
Trainers or running shoes may not be worn, except on the practice ground.

In The Clubhouse

Generally: Smart casual wear must be worn at all times, unless an organised event requires a specific dress code e.g. collar and tie.
Soiled golf wear must not be worn in the Clubhouse at any time.
Trousers: Must be tailored. Smart denim may be worn. Tracksuit bottoms or sweat pants may not be worn. Jeans that are ripped may not be worn, even though they might be fashionable.
Shorts: Must be tailored and knee length, and must be worn with matching or white long, short or ankle length socks. Shorts may not be worn in the Clubhouse after 7.00 p.m. Cargo, football, running or swimming shorts may not be worn in the Clubhouse at any time.
Headgear: Hats, caps or visors must be removed on entering the Clubhouse.
Footwear: Street shoes must be worn, with socks. Golf shoes must be changed before entering the Clubhouse.
